REFUND POLICY

Please keep in mind that our cancellation policy is in place, due to the fact, that we prepare each individual camp, with the projected number of sign-ups. Our overhead costs, with staffing, ice, travel, etc. are based on the number of campers signed up for that particular camp. This is the basis for our cancellation policy.

-A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your player's spot at the time of registration for clinics, camps, and tournaments.

-Refunds must be made 30 days prior to the start date of the program. If so the customer will receive 50% cash refund.

-Refunds made less than 30 days prior to start date of program will receive 50% credit applied to future program-no cash refunds-50% is non-refundable from registration.

-No cash refunds or credits will will be issued for campers expelled, not showing up to camp or leaving on their own will.

-A 50% credit towards a future camp will be issued for players who cannot attend camp due to injury. A doctor's note may be required for sickness and/or injuries.


Discount

NEXT UP offers 10% discount off your 2nd players registration as well as the occasional discount code. We also offer 10% off for Military and First Responder. Contact us to have discount applied. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, & Holiday Offers are only available on the specified dates and can not be redeemed at a later date. Offers cannot be combined. If a camp you registered for is discounted within seven (7) days of your registration, you can request to have the discount applied. Offers issued outside this seven (7) day window cannot be applied. Discount codes and/or special offers may end with or without notice.
